Liked: Absolute amazing! Immaculately clean, excellent location and very comfortable. Free toiletries, chocolates, coffee machine and bottle of fizz upon arrival. I was even able to check in early! Don’t be put off with the ‘sofa bed’ - extremely comfortable. If I return to Antwerp, I will be staying here again and would highly recommend!

I had a good experience...

Liked: The staff was very nice and left a small bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates as a welcome gift. The location was great.
Disliked: Nothing. The only thing to mention is that the front desk is not staffed 24 hours, so you do have to coordinate your arrival time with them to make sure someone is there to meet you; however, this is not a problem as the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Liked: fantastic location in the old City Quarters. Parking Garage next door. Fully equipped and modern standard appartment. Very supportive landlord who gave us very good advice for eating places, shopping, sightseeing
Disliked: everything was great and beyond expectation
