Beyond perfect!

Liked: The hotel is centrally located in Budapest, making it convenient to access various attractions and amenities. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with thoughtful features such as a coffee machine, tea bags, a safe, and a high-quality toiletries set. The interior design of the room was elegant and appealing. The breakfast offered an impressive variety of options, catering to diverse tastes. Overall, my stay was exceptional and exceeded expectations.
Disliked: No elevator

2 Dirty cups with lipstick...

Liked: Just the beds. And location near old town
Disliked: The rude customer service and disgusting way the staff spoke to us. Man was so rude and condescending , didn’t listen to our problems. We had No hot water to shower in winter in our room for 2 days and staff didn’t care. We arrived to Dirty cups with lipstick stains all over them. Dirty coffee cup from previous guests also. See attached pictures. Minimal care factor by staff. Do not stay.

A lovely hotel in a...

Liked: We thought the location was excellent - close to all the main attractions as well as feeling safe walking through the streets late at night.The breakfast choices was excellent and the champagne & Prosecco make it special, too.On nye we were gifted with a small bottle of Prosecco, jam and a jar of nuts - so very thoughtful! We were a party of 7 with 3 young adults and we all had the same opinions of this fantastic place .

Liked: Amazing location and very comfortable room with super bed and wonderful bathroom. Lovely modern decor too. Breakfast was fantastic with great coffee and wide selection all served in a beautiful room.
Disliked: We knew there was no elevator but did not expect there wouldn't be any assistance with taking two large suitcases up 3 flights of stone steps. The reception staff were a little brusque regarding help and then their reactions to the constant Internet and WiFi problems. Being proactive and informing guests would have been a better approach. On checkout, we were given a complimentary airport transfer as an apology for the WiFi issues. No kettle in the room. Nespresso machine makes hot water with a coffee flavour... not nice.
