Liked: We really loved the location, it was very close to the city center. The accommodation was beautiful and comfortable. The owner was very kind and friendly, and prepared us breakfast along with excellent coffee. Additionally, for New Year's Eve, he offered us champagne. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

Liked: The host was very helpful and waited for us to arrive and helped us to find a parking place.The breakfast was very good,it was enough food and the host payed attention at our demands.It is very close to the city center.
Disliked: The appartments needs renovation and specialy the bathroom.Even the radiator was hoț ,it was too cold in the room for us.

Liked: We had a wonderful stay here in Bologna! Agostino is a wonderful host, so kind and accommodating. It was no bother at all for us to leave our suitcases with him when our flight home was in the evening. I've never had such a generous host before and cannot recommend staying here highly enough. Liked: It has been a pleasure to stay at Agostino's place. Agostino really puts his heart in taking care of the place and the guests he welcomes. If you are looking for a home-like stay, this is definitely the place. Everything was good - from the quality of the beds (I finally slept well :) ), cleanness, coffee to the overall vibe of the property. It is located ~10 minutes by foot from the old city, there is a number of good places around to check out.

Amazing host and stay at...

Liked: The location and the charming character of the B&B. Agostino the host is very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, fresh fruits and water. We had to leave very early in the morning at 4 am and Agostino ordered a taxi for us and made a coffee for us at that time early in the morning. Thank you so much we had a pleasant stay at Antica Residentza

The best one man band...

Liked: I liked the room Agonstina is one hell of a guy . His breakfast was excellent his attitude was excellent he is so helpful even down to sorting out the taxi for me !
Disliked: There is nothing to not like

Il Signor Agostino is one...

Liked: Like staying home away from home. Il Signor Agostino did take care of any need we had and more. Think that at 11.00 PM did take me to find a car park and walked back with me… the Residenza d’Azeglio is the best value for money I ‘ve found in years of travelling.
