Liked: Excellent location, within walking distance of subway and almost all tourist spots and stores. The terrace attached to our room was beautiful. They also have a nice library for all age groups in the dining hall, corridors as well as the room

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. They arranged for an early morning taxi to the airport. Although the entrance is inside a building, their instructions sent in advance on how to get to the front desk were very clear. And, the location is very close to everything in central Milan.
