Liked: Cannot speak highly enough about the reception staff. Incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms very spacious. We loved our stay here!

Very good

Liked: The central location was great but a little hard to find. The room with a terrace was bright and open but as it rained the three days we could not use the terrace. As the reception is on the first floor and requires stairs it was a challenge with heavy luggage but there was a lift that took us to the third floor room.
Disliked: Suggest more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc and also a coffee machine which most hotels have today.

A very comfortable well located...

Liked: Accommodation is generally quite expensive in Milan, but we were very pleased with our choice as the room was really lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel location was ideal for walking all the main attractions. The staff were also very attentive, gave great advice of where to eat etc. Would highly recommend the property.
Disliked: Very common with European properties, but a very old tiny lift for effectively luggage only - be prepared for stairs!

Pleasant

Liked: The hotel is quiet despite being centrally located, the heating works well, the breakfast is good, the reception staff is helpful.
Disliked: The building and room smell damp, it's disturbing. If it wasn't a one-night stay, this situation would be unbearable.
