Liked: I had a good stay at Antaris Cintermex during my 2-night visit to Monterrey. The property is well-maintained and located in a great spot, right opposite the famous garden, which adds to its charm.There are a few nice eating places nearby, which makes dining convenient.Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’d recommend this hotel for its location and good service!
Disliked: The staff was helpful and polite, although they didn’t speak English, which made communication a bit challenging. However, they tried their best to assist whenever needed.

Terrible experience. Not recommendable at...

Liked: The cleaning staff did a terrible job. Layers of dust and lint under the beds, made our sleeping time very unconfortable due to frequent sneezing. The shower cubicle is poorly designed: the water from the shower leaks all over the bathroom. We had to ask for (2) extra long towels to make a water containment barrier at the shower door. One of the elevators stank with putrid odor, as of they had a sewage leak at the bottom of the elevator shaft. We reported this issues at the concierge, they promised to take care of the problems, but nothing was done during our 14 day. Definitely won't be staying there again, and don't recommend at all this Hotel.
