Liked: The staff was great. The rooms were pretty and very clean. The bed and pillows was very comfy. The location wasn't great but I knew that already. All in all, great hotel!
Disliked: The rooms were too cold and even though I turned on the AC to the max, still cold.

Liked: The staff were amiable and accommodating. They welcomed us warmly and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. We arrived early and asked to store our luggage until check-in time at 3 p.m. Instead, they generously allowed us to check in immediately, hours earlier than expected. On hour last day, they once again provided excellent service by holding our luggage until our late evening flight, without any additional costs.The reception team was kind and communicative, with special thanks to Jenny (I think) and here colleagues for their professionalism and attentiveness.Housekeeping also did a great job. Our room was kept clean, with fresh towels each day, even though we kept things quite tidy ourselves. Lastly, the location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Milan at an affordable price. With a metro station nearby, getting to the city center was quick and convenient. We also found it easy to reach San Siro stadium. The neighborhood felt safe, and there were plenty of amenities around, including a large Carrefour market, restaurants, and bars.

Liked: I had a really nice stay at this hotel! The place was super clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was joining my friend who stayed there and it was a great surprise to find such a comfortable and well-kept spot. Would definitely recommend if you stay in Milan.

Liked: I really liked the hotel, it's literally a 3-minute walk to the metro station, the room was clean, as cleaning was done every day, the breakfasts were good, the staff was very helpful and hospitable. Overall, the hotel left only positive emotions, if we are in Milan, we will stay there again

Great hotel with welcoming atmosphere

Liked: -The staff was very welcoming throughout the whole stay, it felt like a lot of thought was put into how to make the guests feel welcome and enjoy. -The room was very nice, clean and comfy. -We liked the hotel design. -The breakfast was good. -The hotel area is quiet but also - it is easy to get to the city center by the metro and the hotel is close (~5-7 min walk) to a metro station.
Disliked: -The button of the shower was not well-maintained and caused some minor problems. -There were no instructions for using the safe.
