Absolutely fantastic experience

Liked: Food was fantastic very well presented and the staff were fantastic.
Disliked: I only had 1 night stay would prefer a longer stay

Liked: Lovely property & grounds. Large room. Good breakfast. Some (not all) staff very friendly.
Disliked: Draught beer would have been nice. Poo bags in the dog package would have been appreciated. Poo bins on site essential.

Disliked: Breakfast was terrible.. the food when it arrived was tasty but very small portions. But the service was dire.. we didn’t receive any drinks or toast/pastry basket until after we had eaten despite asking 4 times.. 3 different people and our order for these were taken at the time we sat.. we also spoke to someone from the hotel prior to staying and we were promised a big table for breakfast as we had 13 in our party, there was no knowledge of this request as we arrived for breakfast. This was such a shame as reception and bar staff on the previous evening were very helpful and attentive.

Liked: The room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent.

Otherwise really great, apart from...

Liked: Everything was clean, food was great and things were well organized overall. Room was large and quiet, service was overall nice. Things looked as promised and the people were very kind.
Disliked: The room was terribly cold, being inside was possible only under a blanket. Check-in to hotel was very manual and took ages, which doesn't have any excuse in modern digital age. These two things disappointed me.
