Liked: What a lovely place! Absolutely amazing location, room was nice and clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend Anne & Mary 😀 we will be back to Rome soon and will be staying at the same place

Liked: Location!! The colosseum was around the corner. We walk to Trevi fountain. We took a taxi to the Vatican, but we walked back central to everything and lots of restaurants around..

Great place to stay while...

Liked: Terrific location - could walk to sites, returning to rest, and then go out again! Anna Maria was very helpful with providing recommendations for restaurants, and even coupons. Lots of places to eat nearby.
Disliked: Our only complaint was that the AC was minimal, and our room got sun most of the day. Outside temps were in the 70s, so it did not get too hot, but if it had been hotter outside, we would have suffered.

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable. The property was very clean.
Disliked: Booking.com advertised a balcony and a desk. There was no balcony and there was no desk.
