A great choice of hotel...

Liked: From a warm welcome by Shelly to a warm goodbye from Ian and Shelly our stay was great. Although some rooms had been closed for off season preparation the hotel was still an excellent place to stay. The breakfasts were very good with lots of choices available. Although we didn't use it there is a lovely guest lounge with a tv and a bar, another bonus! On site parking was an added bonus which, in the spring/summer months will be a godsend. Location was ideal for all the attractions Llandudno has to offer. Out of season lots were closed but there is still something for everybody. Like Arnie "we will be back".
Disliked: A longer stay?

Excellent

Liked: Great location and a guaranteed car parking space. Breakfast was excellent (try the smoked haddock) and Ian a most friendly and helpful host. We shall return again.
Disliked: A second handrail on the stairs would have helped me, but Ian had GF rooms and next time I will ask for one of those. Aside from that, nothing not to like.

Liked: Location was great, only one minute from the high street Great parking , very warm and very quiet , slept really well Very friendly staff , felt very comfortable there
Disliked: Nothing , will be coming back when next up

Couples weekend

Liked: The Annan is a lovely hotel, it was very clean and comfortable and it's got gated parking. It's in walking distance to the town and beach/ promenade. Breakfast was hot and delicious, and there was plenty of it. Owners are very welcoming. Will definitely stay at the Annan again. 🤗
Disliked: There's nothing I can say, we had a great visit.
