However, after keeping us waiting for 40 minutes, they gave us one of their worst rooms. As soon as we entered, the room felt extremely small, almost claustrophobic. There was barely any space between the door and the bed. Although they claimed it was 25 square meters, it was probably around 15 square meters at best.Moreover, the breakfast was very disappointing. Although the photos showed a rich breakfast, there were eggs only on the first day. On the other days, they didn’t even serve eggs. Additionally, there was a strong smell of mildew in the rooms. We had to sleep with a horrible stench, almost like sewage.There was also a lot of noise. The rooms had very poor sound insulation. Unfortunately, due to the high number of stairs, carrying luggage was extremely difficult.Overall, considering the price-performance ratio, it was a very poor choice. I am extremely disappointed in myself for choosing such a hotel. Apparently, we were forced to stay at a hotel that should absolutely not be preferred.

Fabulous cultural and gastronomic city...

Liked: As a family of 6 we spent 3 nights here a double room and a family room), caught the train from Pisa which worked really well for us, the location of the hotel is ideally placed within walking distance of the train station and all the sights we wished to see. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, rooms were comfortable and clean, breakfast delicious and the roof terrace was the icing on the cake! Highly recommended

Liked: The Place was clean and good place for a couple/family and good breakfast. Staff was super nice. 8/10 because some idiots standing outside in the late hours around 10 pm catcalling my family and making us feel unsafe. Besides that all good.
