Liked: I've been going to Annabelle for years. It's the only place I stay in Lincoln. Any time I have ever had any kind of issue, it has been handled immediately without ever being made felt negatively. The staff is always exceptional, the rooms are always clean, and the price is incredible. Breakfast is a basic continental, with hot and cold options. The only complaint I have is the pillows are uncomfortable, we usually have to run to buy a pillow or bring from home. But staying there is worth that minor detail. We drive a little over an hour to stay at Anabelle to do a staycation in the city (we live rural) several times a year, so our trip is ALWAYS based around staying at this particular hotel. They have become a tradition, and I wouldn't have it any other way. If you are ever debating which hotel to stay at, whether for business or pleasure, pick this one. It feels like home both due to the rooms, and the village style.

Shower head mishap

Liked: Everything about our stay was wonderful
Disliked: The only problem we had was when my wife turned the shower on and the shower head came flying at her

Liked: The room was beautiful, and the spa tub felt amazing once we figured out how to use it!!!!
Disliked: Had to use a log to warm the unit up. No details on how to use it. Room got a lil smokey!!!
