A good stay to enjoy...

Liked: The rooms are spacious, featuring a wardrobe, desk, and bedside tables. The bathroom is also roomy, with quality liquid soap, a hairdryer, and plenty of space in the shower area. The location is a highlight — while not very close to the 'Old Town,' it is near several excellent restaurants, bars, concert venues, theatres, and museums. The cleanliness is impeccable, not only in the room but also throughout the rest of the facilities. The kitchen staff also do an excellent job.
Disliked: We didn't end up making any complaints, but we would like to leave a few observations for potential improvements: we had to wait 30 minutes past the check-in time, though they did offer to store our luggage in a reserved space. We requested a late checkout by an hour to help us move our bags from the second floor to the designated luggage area, but the same flexibility wasn’t extended. We understand that the hotel was fully booked. We were travelling with an elderly couple and quite a bit of luggage, but there were no staff available to assist with the bags. There’s a long staircase from the street to the reception, which can be a bit challenging for elderly guests or those with disabilities.The breakfast didn’t meet the hotel’s standard. The bread selection didn’t reflect the quality of Czech bakeries, and the coffee was very weak — a common complaint from other guests. However, espresso was available for an additional charge. The pastries were also subpar, and the variety of fruits and juices was lacking. It might be better to book the stay without breakfast and enjoy one of the many amazing patisseries around the city.In the bathroom, a bidet or hygienic shower would improve the overall comfort.

Liked: The accommodation was very clean and quiet. The neighborhood of the location is very good- close to the city center but quiet at the same time. Breakfast is in a winter garden, which made it a bit more special, and food was also good quality. We enjoyed our stay.
