Liked: Everything was amazing, especially the staff, everyone was extremly nice and helpful and we felt very safe and comfortable.The only small minus would go for the room as we didn't like the entrance to the room through the bathroom, but I guess that is the way it was built.I will recommend to my friends!

Disliked: Everything. The service was awful. When I came to the hotel, my hotel door was open and wet with fresh paint that got all over my clothes. There was no “wet paint” sign in sight. When I get inside, the floor is dirty and sticky - probably from the painters painting previously. Then I get into the bedroom and inspect the bed and I see dark stains all over the bed and under the covers (like someone has laid in the bed in dirty work-clothes or something). I go down to the reception and tell the guy exactly what I just experienced and he joins me to my room to inspect. He mostly shrugs his shoulders and insists the room and the sheets are clean. Then he says he’s going to “fix” it. I thought he was going to change the sheets to clean ones - but he just gave me a big pile of sheets and told me to make my own bed. This is insanely bad service. Not only the standard of the room but also the “problem solution”. I stayed only to find a new hotel and checked out immediately. Biggest scam hotel yet I’ve stayed at in Paris.

Liked: What a beautiful hotel! The room was dramatic and gorgeous. The bed was so comfortable and the curtains made it so dark I could have easily slept through the lovely noon check out time. I accidentally made our reservation on the following day and the reception person fixed it so fast, my husband didn't even know there had been a problem! Thank you for a beautiful place to rest!
