Liked: The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The bed to near the alcove, shower not too hot and a bit shakey, toilet flush not to great and the cistern dip.

Liked: There was an issue with the room, being a double instead of a family room, not the hotels fault, however the staff were incredible in reassuring us and fixing the issue at such short notice, particularly the woman at reception who took care of absolutely everything, I never did get her name which is terrible because she deserves all the plaudits and thanks for her efforts, David too was lovely welcoming us and firstly trying to rectify the problem, overall, the hotel is lovely,clean and very very comfortable. The restaurant is brilliant and the staff are attentive and very friendly.
