Clean rooms, helpful staff

Liked: The staff were very helpful and we had food in the restaurant which was very good.
Disliked: There's no real reception desk, you check in at a desk in the restaurant which was busy when we arrived so quite confusing. Better signage of where to enter the building and how to check in would be helpful.

Great place for a short...

Liked: Lovely hotel, tastefully decorated. 5 minute walk to hop on a train into Glasgow.Restaurant is seperate to the main bar so you can eat in nice relaxing surroundings Fantastic food, Scottish breakfast was amazing and so filling we didn't need to eat lunch.
Disliked: Small bed, toilet cistern took ages to fill which was reported.No normal tea bags in room, had to request some.

Liked: The staff - from cleaners to managers - were all amazing. Chloe, particularly, made our stay easier and helped us navigate our trips to the city. The excellent restaurant on the premises was very convenient.
Disliked: The bathroom sink was tiny.
