Disappointing

Liked: The food and staff were amazing
Disliked: I paid to upgrade my room and it was tiny, the TV didn't work either

Nice but VERY VERY LOUD...

Liked: Angels is lovely, staff were very helpful and friendly we had dinner on the Friday night which was really good.
Disliked: We were aware of entertainment going to be on Friday and Saturday evenings.But not that it would be SO LOUD we could hear what the DJ was saying and the words to all the tunes !!!!!!!!!We were in room 2 bed felt the Dj was in the room with us and the bed was vibrating :(My husband did go down to see if we could move rooms which the staff told us we could have room 3 which was next door so no point.Saturday we got moved to room 5 which wasn't so noisy but still fairly loud. (Not as bad as the disco.) As it was a guy with a guitar .Would stay again but not Friday or Saturday nights. Music stops at 12.30 Ok if your out anyway not so good if you want to sleep before then you have zero chance.Its and old building so no sound proofing between floors. Staff were helpful and apologetic did what they could to help.
