Disliked: During check out, at the reception I was explained that I have to pay for minibar, despite the fact that I have not used anything from there during my stay. I was insisted by reception to pay 32 Euros instead of trying to check and clarify this misunderstanding with relevant staff.Same issue was experienced by 3 room residents (20, 21 & 45) where myself and my friends were staying on 5 - 12 December 2024.

Liked: Silent place , very good helpfull staff , great location : 2 minutes from metro station and tram, 2 minutes from the river. Clean rooms , It was our second stay in this hotel.

Never going back or would...

Liked: The location was ideal to get to the city center.
Disliked: I was travelling on a business trip and WiFi was important to me, however, I had trouble with the connection for the first 2 days. After expressing the concern multiple times, finally a staff member provided a workaround.There were multiple things that did not work for me - I had to wait for hot water for 5 mins after turning on the tap. The duvet provided was extremely small to cover myself (could never keep me warm in autumn) and the pillows were too big in proportion. The room cleanliness was also a concern. Overall, my experience was disappointing and would never go back to this Hotel or recommend it to anyone.
