Liked: I love the vibes at this hotel. We stay in the blue and red rooms. Beautiful artwork on all the floors. Our rooms are so comfortable. Staff is exceptional. And the restaurant atmosphere and food is great. We stay here when we go to the Fox Theater. Right across the street and park our car at the hotel.
Disliked: I liked everything that is why we always stay here.

Cool venue and great location

Liked: Location and the hotel is cool. The art work and the specialized room is very nice and different!
Disliked: We arrived late and couldn’t get in the door. There’s NO button or speaker to call anyone. Then I had to call the main number and go through all the prompts. Thank god it was nice out and not cold or raining. Breakfast in the restaurant for two was almost $60 and that is a lot for St Louis!

Liked: The service i received from the receptionist i did not like at all she was really rude.for the amount of money I paid for that room I expected to have better customer seevice.
