Liked: I had Airline cancellations leading to late arrival and despite the issues the staff were professional and accommodating throughout, they really did go the extra mile to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Great value for a weekend...

Liked: The only thing we didn't like is there were no fans to air out the bathroom for the shower or using the facilities. Otherwise the bed and room were perfect.

Liked: Staff were pleasant.
Disliked: Extremely noisy air conditioning, every 30mins it would activate and would sound like tornado. Gym was closed due to hotel being taken over. 2 towels were dirty, strange set up with lifts, one goes to lobby (12th floor) and other goes to room & then back into lobby lift to go to restaurant !!
