Disappointing

Liked: The hotel was a very old building, on a street that did not feel safe. There is no parking on site and you must park in a city garage. Make sure to ask the staff for a validated ticket but that's still 25euros and you must keep your parking ticket too. The room was very dark, the bathroom not super clean, and the hotel was very loud. You also have to climb a half flight of stairs to get to the elevator. I thought this was way too pricey for what it was.

Liked: Hotel is central to everything. A lot of road noise and room to room noise but it was solved with running the room fan and stopped very early in the evening (11pm-ish)

Liked: Very good location. Very comfortable and cozy room. The staff is kind and friendly. It’s a little bit noisy but I don’t have a problem with that.

Ok for the money. One...

Liked: Air con didn’t work when I got there. They got it fixed before the day I left. The doors are old fashioned and don’t keep the noise or light from hallway out. Doors opened with keys and people making noise all night long. You can hear what everyone is doing in their rooms. No hot water on Wednesday morning as boiler had broken but they got it working again by the afternoon. Staff were not very friendly.

Liked: The location
Disliked: There was a dirty towel inside the bath when we got there and there were some things like the radiators completely covered in dust. The tv didn't work and I have several bug bites, I'm pretty sure they're from bedbugs.
