Avoid this place
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The place is a dump, lady at the front desk was asleep and couldn't wake her easily to check out. She seemed annoyed when I woke her. Avoid this place.

We enjoyed going back after...
Liked: Vintage building, charming, good location.
Disliked: Old and could use a refresh. Our room was nice but floor was sticky and not clean.

Love the location and quiet...
Liked: Location location location
Disliked: Every time we get reservations and arrive there seems to be a mix up of which room was reserved.

Good
Liked: The staff was very welcoming and friendly, loved that! Our room was spacious, which was great. We stayed on the first floor, which made it easy for us to get in/out.
Disliked: There was no mini fridge, so we couldn't keep food long in the room. The hot water wasn't hot, and because it was cold outside the floor, it was cold, so we had to bundle up in our room. We tried turning the heat up just a little, but the thermostat wouldn't go above 70. Overall, the cold was just uncomfortable

Magical!
Liked: We loved absolutely everything about our stay in this adorable historic hotel! The staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating, kind. The lobby had a lovely decorated tree, coffee, comfy couches. The courtyard was magical and inviting, seriously everything was wonderful!

Quintessential French Quarter property that...
Liked: The staff was friendly and great walking around location
Disliked: The door to our room had ¼-½” gap around the perimeter. We had to use a blanket hung on the door handle and draped on the bottom to keep the cold air out at night. The shower pressure was a drip and the handle to turn it on practically was falling off its plumbing rough in.
