Disliked: The reception did not guide us which elevator so we don’t need to carry our luggage by stairs .If we don’t ask water they don’t provide it ready in our room but we need to pick it up down in the reception.

Liked: Just a short walk, 200m, from Milan Stazione Centrale. The hotel is majestic , old world, with a beautiful dining room & reading room/bar downstairs. I had the best sleep ever in the bed. Bathroom was an older style & elegant. Breakfast, which was included in the price was brilliant, plentiful & catered for all cultures. I ate in the restaurant, which had good variety at reasonable prices.I very much appreciated staff storing my bags after checkout allowing me to freely tour Milan while waiting for a late flight.
Disliked: Some wear & tear in places.
