PROBABLY THE BEST CHOICE HOTEL...

Liked: Apart from some seafront hotels used by large coach tours, the Andover House Hotel is one of few, quality private hotels in Great Yarmouth. Best approached from the seaward side, the hotel offers reasonable, warm and comfortable accommodation. My food, off the relatively limited and expensive dinner menu, turned out to be very well cooked and enjoyable.
Disliked: The hotel is a longish walk from the town centre, if arriving by public transport, and because of widespread deprivation throughout Great Yarmouth, the historic resort area in which the hotel is located, is best approached from the well maintained and lit seafront.
