Terrible. Dennison was very nice...

Disliked: The room was dirty. The sheets havent been changed . There is an unidentifiable substance on the sheets. A cockroach crawled onto my chest while I was laying in bed and Then we noticed one INSIDE the pillow case. The night auditor dorsnt have the authority to change us rooms and the owners refused to respond The owner was rude. He literally shoo-ed me away 5 minutes after we checked out because I was standing by the stairs while talking on the phone.
