A warm welcome and delightful...

Liked: What was not to like about this gorgeous boutique hotel. From the minute we arrived very early in the morning to when we left, we felt truly looked after. A big shout out to Mia on the reception desk who welcomed us so warmly when we arrived at 8am after a long flight from Australia. We had hoped to leave our bags so that we could go exploring however Mia immediately checked us into our room, where we were able to refresh ourselves, enjoy the wonderful breakfast and then head out. All the small touches were greatly appreciated - the all day coffee and tea station, the nightly glass of wine, the fruit bowl, the Molton Brown bath products. The hotel and staff were delightful.

Liked: Great! Just amazing
Disliked: Maybe the room was a bit cold, but it was not a big deal

Exceptional

Liked: I was able to check in much earlier than I was told when I booked, the hotel waa easy to find eith friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was modern and contemporary, the room was large spacious and comfortable. A self service "honesty" bar was nice to be able to come and have a drink at any point during the day or evening. The lounge area was a lovely space to relax with nice background music and board games laid out if you wanted a little light evening entertainment. Breakfast each morning was fantastic with a huge amount of variety of cooked and continental items on offer. A taxi was easily arranged for me the night before I left with no fuss.I would most definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Copenhagen.
Disliked: The only slight downside not so much for my self but for others wanting to stay here is that to see alot of the main attractions of Corpnhagen or to get to main area with the bars and restaurants it can be a bit of a walk

Liked: Great location, very comfortable stay. Loved the double glazed windows, block out curtains, comfortable bed and room temperature, friendly and helpful staff, the glass of wine, the breakfast buffet. Really cannot fault them. Thank you

Liked: A lovely intimate boutique hotel in a great location- 5 minutes from the train and Metro and also walking distance to the city shops and sites (especially the Tivoli Gardens). The wine hour was very welcome too
