Liked: I love the location. It´s right in the heart of West Hollywood and close to nice restaurants and fun things to do.

Not what I expected

Liked: Looks great from the exterior and lobby.Bed super comfy.Staff very friendly.
Disliked: Room was extremely outdated and did not look like the photos.Full stay amount charged on the day and an additional half nightly rate held (no idea why!) and still not released days later.

I wouldn't stay there again,...

Liked: Location was good, easy to access by car and you can drive to the main attractions in the city. Everything was decent, not great or high quality.
Disliked: The room was cold, we asked the staff to check the air conditioning and it looks like they couldn't sort it out. They put an electric heater to our room which was helpful but it's not the quality of service we'd expect from a 4 start hotel. There were water and ice stations on each floor and that area was horrifying, no design, no customer friendly, just industrial and not looking clean either. You wouldn't let a customer walk into that area of the hotel, it looks like a service station. The taste of the water was weird as well. I guess this is the norm in LA but parking per night is $70 which is very expensive.
