Liked: What a wonderful experience at the Andaz. This surprised my expectations in almost every way. The property was so well maintained with beautiful rooms. And the room’s HVAC was quiet! I travel often and this is a rare but much-appreciated feature. And the staff at every turn were friendly and helpful and a pleasure to interact with. I kept telling my partner how much I loved the experience. Then we ended the stay with an afternoon at the spa! Perfect getaway! I would come back.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I had to leave.

Liked: The pasta was amazing. The service was fantastic, and the spa and gym had everything you need for a relaxing and active vacation.

Liked: I like the individual groups of rooms, central area with the main pool and restaurant over it. I loved the spa and even the small size of it. The showers in the room were huge! Very comfortable bed.
Disliked: I didn’t like how food service takes a lot longer at the adult only spa pool.

Disliked: That the bar wasn’t open in the pool area in the morning. Had to get drinks from the restaurant, even waters.

Liked: Exceptional property, staff and super cute and cosy Casita style rooms. The concierge and reception team were wonderful and love the gym and gardens around the property. Great shopping and restaurants a 5-10 min Uber drive away.
