Liked: great location with a very friendly and accommodating staff! loved the check-in drink and complimentary waters and sodas in the room. the andaz felt like a very luxurious hotel without the price tag!

I rush all day at...

Liked: I love everything about the Andaz, from the rooms with balconies overlooking the pool or over the park area. The lounge and restaurant facilities are superb and excellently located. The staff is always helpful and happy to accommodate you in any way possible, within their means. I feel like Im at home or in a very comfortable place when i stay here. Its my favorite hotel in Savannah..
Disliked: I don't like the fact that i cant just live there. parking could be better, but is as good as they can do. room service would be nice and laundry facilities

Def a top choice when...

Liked: Nice welcome with friendly staff and an easy check-in process. Great location! Nice value for the location and room size and quality. Fun lobby with live music, bar and people having fun. Room is good size and comfy. Great bed and shower. Nice sitting area in the room with drinks and food in the room. Solid all around. Would def return on my next visit.
Disliked: Nothing really. It's a good spot and value for the money.

Would Stay There Again -...

Liked: Nice, spacious room. Double sink bathroom and very spacious as well.
Disliked: We were under the assumption that the breakfast was a buffet. It is not. If you have the "free" breakfast included in your room rate, they provide you with a daily credit toward menu options. Although the overall service could be improved, the breakfast was quite tasty, filling, and satisfying! Oh yes, one elevator (of the two) was out of service during our stay which made for longer queues for guests as well as staff.

Disappointed. Taken advantage of

Liked: Isiah was great. Engineering never came to fix our broken fridge
Disliked: Super dirty!! Lobby was a mess behind the counter and the room was not clean properly. Very very disappointed

We had a great stay...

Liked: Loved our room. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was complimentary water, soda, and snacks. The staff was absolutely wonderful and accomodating.
Disliked: My only complaint (and this is not something any one could help at the time) was only one of the two elevators was working and the pool does not get sun in the afternoon.
