Worst 4 stars hotel ever...

Liked: Location is closer to the market. Busy area. Room is clean with all necessary supplies.
Disliked: No parking lot. Need to walk at least 4-6 mins from hotel, with all those luggages? You should indicate on your advertisement that there is no parking lot.The front desk is so small and crowded. The room is facing the construction site. Because obviously all better view rooms are either taken or extra cost only.Inaccurate information provided in the room. The body lotion, shampoo and all those stuffs are not for sale, yet you wrote 50 dollars each if to purchase. The excuse the staff gave to me was short supply. I asked if I can grab the one in the room for 50 dollars, they said it is ok. Funny. They'd rather sell me the used one than the new one. Did not feel being respected at all.

It was good except for...

Liked: The facility itself was excellent. The suites were modern and clean. The roof top patio was very nice.
Disliked: Th location was concerning as there was a lot of noise up to almost 4 am. It’s a very high traffic area especially since there are open restaurants for the after clubbing crowds underneath the hotel.

Liked: the location is good closed to the city and walking distance. The view is good but in the morning is alittle bit noisy because of the constriction. The room is comfy and cozy.
Disliked: The pgone os not really working. I tried to call twice the front desk, doesnt work.

Worst serviced hotel in Ottawa

Liked: Only good thing about the property was Location !! Otherwise Staff, Housekeeping and facilities were terribly bad !!!
Disliked: Unhelpful and discourteous staff. No service of any kind at all. Management not concerned about complaints.. rooms not cleaned or serviced after repeated reminders. Ice dispensers empty.Except location it was the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in !!
