Liked: The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful! Everything was clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect.
Disliked: The phone didn’t work and there were no movie options.

Definitely recommend this hotel.

Liked: Great hotel, really good location walking distance. The staff was super helpful and the rooftop bar has beautiful views of the city. We traveled with our cat and they were super helpful and welcoming

Liked: View is fantastic, on this side of the building the construction is not audible
Disliked: It’s not as luxurious as it may seem on photos. Restaurant didn’t work because of construction and low occupancy of the hotel.

Liked: It was my daughter and her best friend’s birthdays! The team at Andaz could not have treated us any better. Truly an amazing experience! This team definitely knows hospitality!!

Great location. Comfortable and reasonable.

Liked: Location can't be beat.
Disliked: They did warn about construction and provided ear plugs. However if you're a light sleeper nothing can drown out a pneumatic drill. Mercifully the noise didn't start till 9am. Food options are also limited (especially on a Monday if you arrive late) however many options are within a 2 min walk radius.
