Liked: The property is clean , staff are very nice and good location
Disliked: They are under big construction , huge noises from 7am, and 5 times explosions during the day. The staff told me that they mentioned this issue to booking . But nothing updated on the main page. I can’t sleep

Liked: The room was beautiful and very comfy. Loved the touch of having free snacks and drinks in the room! The location was nice.

Disliked: The crazy noise from the construction I am so tired as I couldn’t sleep or stay at the room Unfortunately you guys didn’t inform the guests before they book I believe this is a misleading act. My friend recommended this hotel for me as I fly to Ottawa twice a month but diffidently will not come back again

Great location

Liked: Great location to get to the city centre and all the main attractions. Staff all friendly. Valet parking which made things much easier for us.
Disliked: Building works currently ongoing next to the hotel between 7am and 7pm.

Liked: Rooftop bar was lovely, views of parliament were nice , staff was very friendly and helpful. Can’t beat the location
Disliked: Construction next door was annoying, they drilled from 7am to 9pm, not ideal if you’re trying to sleep in
