Great location and homey hotel...

Liked: Great location! A nice boutique hotel which really made us feel at home. The glass of wine on check in was a nice touch and the music on the weekend was fantastic! The Terrace with the heat lamps and fire pits nicely decorated for Christmas was a great touch!!

Too expensive for an Andaz...

Liked: Central to everything and free self parking.
Disliked: Floors were sticky, bathrooms were not cleaned, hair all over the beds, dusty lamps, cords. For the amount spent, it was definitely not an Andaz reputation.

Above and beyond.

Liked: We were treated exceptionally well, especially as we were celebrating our engagement. We also enjoyed the live music and the staff graciously let us enjoy the lobby into the night.

Disliked: Our room was very hot at night despite having air running.
