Too expensive for an Andaz...

Liked: Central to everything and free self parking.
Disliked: Floors were sticky, bathrooms were not cleaned, hair all over the beds, dusty lamps, cords. For the amount spent, it was definitely not an Andaz reputation.

Above and beyond.

Liked: We were treated exceptionally well, especially as we were celebrating our engagement. We also enjoyed the live music and the staff graciously let us enjoy the lobby into the night.

Disliked: Our room was very hot at night despite having air running.

Liked: Staff was very friendly and the location was excellent. Parking garage was convenient. Beautiful terrace and good nightly entertainment.
Disliked: Facilities could use a little maintenance. The lights in the lobby were dusty, the shower tiles needed attention. No hot water but it was fixed after I mentioned it.

Never will book this hotel...

Liked: I did love the staff. Very acomadating and understanding of what I was trying to accomplished for my guests.
Disliked: I had no view even though I paid for a town view!!
