Liked: Location was perfect right next to the underground station , also was near all locations we were going to visit
Disliked: Nothing not to like was all great, when we arrived they gave us adrink we enjoyed the stay very much

Great place but shame about...

Liked: Very clean nice room, big and very comfortable bed and great convenient location
Disliked: Breakfast selection not as good as expected for the price. Staff at breakfast room is not very friendly and slow

Central location, lovely design and...

Liked: First an utmost I like the atmosphere and design of the property, the central location right next to Liverpool underground and station. People are friendly and accommodating, the look and feel is great, the fitness fabulous with great equipment and a 24/7 usability.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Nothing not to like. Room was not quite ready as we arrived a little early, but an email was received when it was ready as promised. Clean, lots of extras, lovely room.
Disliked: As stated previously, nothing not to like.
