Liked: Andaz atmosphere is great! Friendly staff as always.Spacious rooms, clean, nice soaps and shampoo.Comfy beds. Great location too.Gym is also great.
Disliked: Lobby is quite tiny and lacks space to relax.Not so inviting.Rather expensive, value for money is above average but not great.

Liked: The staff were amazing. Upon arrival we had issues with our booking as Bookings.com misrepresented the number of occupants that could fit in a room (do not use booking.com). The Andaz were amazing at helping us obtain an additional room. I would highly recommend them and will stay again.
Disliked: The restaurant where breakfast is served. The woman running this was rude and extremely difficult to deal with. We had breakfast included as part of our accommodation and never ate there once. The restaurant was almost empty and she would not seat anyone. Incredibly unprofessional and a let down to the experience of the hotel.

Liked: All the staff was superb! Excellent room over Bryant Park! Excellent location! We love the daily complimentary drinks like coffee, wine and mulled cider! The bed was a cloud!!
Disliked: All excellent! We'll be back!
