Liked: Very comfortable big bed- tea and coffee available 24 hours a day. Fridge in the roomWas handy.
Disliked: Continental breakfast lacked healthy options

Liked: It is not easy to find someone at the front desk, especially to pick up the phone when called. I called several times and no one was around to answer a couple of questions I had. It was frustrating.

Disappointing but some warning about...

Liked: The location on the water was pretty. All the flowers were especially nice. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was Keurig pods and packaged pastries, but we didn't expect breakfast anyway, so that wasn't a problem. More distressing was the inconsistent, sometimes non-existent housekeeping. Our room was at the back of the property, not on the water. It was overlooking the bar, which had live and loud music some nights. If we'd realized in advance, we would have specified a room on the other side. We booked almost a year in advance, so there should have been no problem accommodating us. However, by the time we got there and realized, it was too late. All the glowing reviews gave us no hint.
