Disliked: Plumbing issues during the stay - toilet wouldn’t stop running and in the morning I got to enjoy a cold shower.Room was not as described. Extremely run down, carpet was stained, walls had marks all over them, paint peeling.Absolute scam of a place that needs to be shut down. Any positive reviews on this site must be friends or relatives. Have started the dispute process with my bank as I couldn’t be provided another room during my stay and it was too late in the afternoon to find accomodation elsewhere.

Liked: I am an older person and very used to roughing it when travelling, but I had zero sleep on my first night's stay in a budget single room because the bathroom cistern ran noisily all night, sputtering and squealing! The next morning, staff apologised and gave me the only other room available for my second night - a double suite with spa, and balcony overlooking the sea. Plus the room came with complimentary bottle of wine and snacks. Wow! They looked after me without any drama whatsoever. I really appreciated it. Slept like a baby in all the luxury that night.
