Liked: Perfectly located, with very accommodating/friendly staff.

A beautifully kept resort and...
Liked: It was very clean and very nicely taken of. The room was ocean front with a beautiful view. Overall it is a beautiful resort.
Disliked: The restaurant food was disappointing. Tatsed good, but very expensive and small portions. My fiancé ordered the scallop dinner which was $34 dollars and there was 4 very small scallops. I ordered the lobster mac, which was a generous portion hut it barely has any lobster. No bread or anything with meal. The server was wonderful at the restaurant and at the bar, nonissues there. The person at the front desk was very nice. However, we were never asked if it was a special occasion and it was my 50th birthday celebration.

Just Ok - Try harder!
Liked: Location is perfect for walkers. Near the ocean, shops and restaurants. Some Improvements are needed.
Disliked: Been coming up here for years but they seem to be getting sloppy. First criticism- No notification room was ready. Check-in is at 4pm, room was not ready. Ok no big deal… go for a drink, right. (Btw, we had 5:30 reservations for dinner at their restaurant, 360). At 4:45pm, I finally called them to get the room status. Guess what, the room was ready. Not cool. The Front desk staffer apologized but offered no other dining option,(we had only 45 minutes to shower and get dressed). I asked to speak to the manager and she was able to change our reservation to 6pm, which gave us an additional 30 minutes more to get ready. Thx to the Mgr. but it should never of happened.Second criticism- Beds are not comfy. Older mattresses, need update. Lastly, we booked a room with a tub. Tub stopper was totally broken off so was unable to hold water or enjoy a bath later that evening. Very Disappointed. Management needs to train their staff more on customer service skills and they need to do better.
