My go to choice
Liked: Consistent.. always stay here when I am going to cross the border the next day. it is simple, not complex - easy to walk to restaurants or just walk through the neighborhoods. Owners are always helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: shampoo and soap dispensers were out of soap - no individual bar soap - which is good (less waste), but need to keep the bulk dispenser full.

Good
Liked: The location was perfect for continuing our trip into Canada. The room had a separate room for the second bed so that was great because we were traveling with another couple.
Disliked: The only thing that bothered me was the towels were dingy.

Ideal place to stay if...
Liked: This is our go-to accommodations when crossing the border headed north. The refreshed rooms are always clean and simple. We can park our car directly in front of the room and then walk to the Main Street for an array of restaurants. Hotels owners are helpful and accommodating. The area is safe and the outside of the hotel is neat and clean.
Disliked: The bath towels could be a little better quality.

Superb
Liked: A very well presented accommodation for the price. In a great little town that is often overlooked.
Disliked: one or two blocks closer the the town center but not a real concern.

Superb
Liked: The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, and the fridge!
Disliked: Shower curtain could use attention, maybe a little spray bleach, as it smelled mildewy.
