It was a perfect location, since we were going to the Fresh Beat Band concert at the Saint Augustine Amphitheater. We had a great day!

Liked: Staff was attentive and friendly. It seemed to be a family business. It was quiet the room had jets in the tub. They accommodated the dog although everything see no pets.it was very convenient to downtown
Disliked: Bed linens (mattress pad was shredded) sheets were worn and towels were scratchy and thin.

Very nice.

Liked: Not a fancy hotel but it was clean, roomy, and comfortable. It had a refrigerator and microwave which was nice as we were staying two nights. The king bed was very comfortable. We were fortunate to have a corner room which had windows on two walls that made the room bright and cheery. We would stay there again.
Disliked: No TV guide and not much for public transportation.
