Liked: The location is amazing. Close to Disneyland, food and shops.
Disliked: The room could have been cleaner. The bathroom floor needed mopping and there was a hair tie on a doorknob that was not mine. You could tell it was cleaned quickly for turn over.

Liked: Location, only a 10 minute walk from Disneyland
Disliked: Pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable. Pull out bed was dirty.

We stayed for 4 days...

Liked: The rooms were very accommodating for families. The walk to Disneyland was a reasonable time and distance. The front office, maintenance, and housekeepers were amazing!

Disliked: They need maps to show where building 1 and 2 are plus the parking garage and the secondary garage is… the elevator closest to our room on the 5th floor was not operating so we had to walk clear to the other side dragging all our luggage to the other elevator on the other end of the building!! NOT COOL! The remote control was not working properly, we had to unplug it to turn it off. The coffee maker did not have an outlet close, we had to take it out of the cabinet and put it on the table! NOT COOL! The couch looked like snot was rubbles on it and we had something on our sheets. Looked like the shell of a bug maybe…? REALLY NOT COOL! NO KIND OF A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AT THIS PRICE is not right! You need to step it up! This is a Disney neighborhood hotel!!! I won’t be staying here again.

Liked: Booking.com had the wrong room description but the front office manager was able to get us the room we thought we were getting. I wouldn’t go off the pictures on booking.com . Great rooms , great staff and love the location
