Parking was a bit scarce, but the allowed me to park my larger SUV in front of the office for the duration of my stay. The only thing that was most likely my mistake is that I booked it and didn't check to see that there was a $100 room security deposit - I had only brought just enough to pay for the room. Luckily my friend who was accompanying me was able to put $50 cash for the deposit and they returned it upon check out. Other than that minor issue, the stay was pleasant.

Disliked: Every other possible thing. No hot water when I arrived and needed to get ready for an event. Floor needed replacing, furniture was very dirty and missing hardware, walls were dirty, bath towels needed to be tossed, they were ultra thin and light brown (supposed to be white). Mattress was stained. Front door was not aligned with frame so deadbolt wouldn’t work. Lastly, when I returned at night I saw baby roaches around my shoes! It was early morning, so I packed everything I could a put in my car. Worst place I’ve ever been to.

Liked: Stayed here for Knotts scary farm. It’s gone down hill since May last stay. A lot of people living here and kids playing in the parking lot.

Disliked: Not properly clean, specially the mattress and blanket. There are cockroaches also.
