Great stay. Wonderful staff and...

Liked: I love the smell compared to the Hilton. The rooms and spaces are very nice.
Disliked: Could not get full, late check out, even as an Elite member.

I recommend this hotel

Liked: The price was good for a short notice booking after Eaton Fire! Excellent location, the staff was courteous, walking distance to park, and food places.
Disliked: My family was able to compare rooms, so we were able to get a larger room (more space) when booked through Marriott.

Liked: Although booking mentioned free wifi we were told it was only complimentary for bonvoy members and although we stated to the front desk that we were promised free wifi no accommodation was made. Honestly charging money for wifi in 2025 is ridiculous.Other than that the stay was great.
