Marriot has the worst customer...

Liked: Staff is very nasty will not let you speak to anyone other than front desk . Floors were soaked in water due to a leak the Marriott would not fix . The maintenance man entered m my room while I was sleep using a master key I was not dressed and was sleep .tried to speak to management only to be met with nasty attitudes from Ryan and Laura so called mangers . As we speak I am at the hotel was not able to sleep due to the floors being flooded and random employees entering my room with out permission using a master key . Unacceptable Marriott I would of had a better stay at MOTEL 6 This Marriott is runned down and Starbucks doesn’t even open been here 3 days now . NEVER AGAIN BOOKING OR MARRIOTT MARRIOTT treats guests who use booking.com as 3rd class citizens because we used booking instead of the Marriott website …. You suck Marriott next time due yourself a favor a just book the Hyatt across the street and do it straight trough the website so if there’s an issue it doesn’t take 24 hours to address and 15 days I was advised trough booking on a refund ……. Oh yea this is my birthday as well thanks Marriott for ruining my trip
