Liked: Bathroom was not as clean as it should of been
Disliked: The next room was knocking on our door at 7 pm telling us to be quiet and staff at front desk did not help. I even left a night early because of the issue

Disliked: The swimming pool was closed

It was fine.

Liked: Close to Disneyland, love the shuttle and the availability of a store and food. It was quiet.
Disliked: Bed was too soft.

Disliked: The whole place electrocuted our entire party, made my daughters hair stand up. Something very wrong. Found bandaid on floor of bathroom at check in, nothing dusted. It was fine but it all felt run down and lazy. None of the service signs changed through out the week as nothing was being fixed. Half of arcade worked correctly. Great place that needs some attention. Staff is spectacular.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff

Liked: Large rooms and lots of fun features for the kids. Free shuttles to and from Disneyland, and in in-house Princess, who told stories and played with the children.
Disliked: The cost of food and water at the hotel was excessive. Though the food was very good. The rooms were good value but you get caught with everything else. My advice - at least bring your own water or buy it at the garage across the road.

Liked: Everything but staff needs be more friendly for this place I would say staff not enough good especially front desk and restaurant
