Great time, close to HOB, walking distance and clean rooms.

Disliked: Nothing really. Not a Ritz but nice enough for me

Liked: It's in a good location for Disneyland.
Disliked: We paid for our booking in November through booking.com and on the day I had to give my card to reserve a deposit for the room and it's been a month now and I never received my deposit back.

Great place at a fair...

Liked: Super close walk to Disneyland. Very affordable with lots of close accommodations. Highly recommend to anyone going for Disney or Anaheim convention center.
Disliked: Honestly, I don’t say this often but for my use and needs. Perfect, no complaints.

Liked: Location to Disneyland.Room on ground floor.
Disliked: Rooms not cleaned enough. Rubbish in room for three days despite requests.Requests for room service for supplies and bed linen changes not done.Service staff not helpful came into room when do not disturb sign was on the door to do a job that was requested more than an hour before. Manager had to be called.Female front desk staff also rude on occasions.Only one chair in the room, gets uncomfortable sitting on the bed all the time.

excellent Disneyland hotel right across...

Liked: The double queen rooms with the balcony were really nice. The pool and hot tub were super clean and heated, it was super nice to be able to take a break in the middle of the day and take a nice dip in the heated pool and then relax in the beautiful and large hot tub
Disliked: Everything was wonderful

Staff was friendly and pleasant.

Liked: We like the location, the grounds are well kept and staff is friendly.
Disliked: Room is dated and in need of a refresh. We have stayed here many times over the years because we like the closeness to the parks however, the rooms still look like they did 20 yrs. ago. The tub and countertops in bathroom have been painted instead of replaced, tub didn't drain well, tiles cracked, carpets worn.
