Liked: Location is perfect few seconds to the metro station, It’s clean.
Disliked: No Mini fridge or trash can

Liked: I chose this hotel for 2 reasons, airport shuttle and breakfast . When arrived found not bus and the breakfast outside the hotel
Disliked: Very old and the lift very small

Liked: what breakfast?
Disliked: they listed bathtub as service but they were missing the plug, intentionally, and did not produce one on request. listing Bath as a Service in this case is borderline fraud.

I'd stay again

Liked: Clean. Great shower (warm and powerful).Comfy bed. Nice staff. Great location. Free toiletries.
Disliked: Walls a bit thin - could hear everything (although it wasn't a noisy hotel)

Liked: The location of the hotel is very good
Disliked: The service at the reception was not good.Staff were not helpful.I made the booking as in the hotel details it said there is a shuttle bus to airport. But when I asked for it, turned out to be non existing.

Not a nice stay

Liked: The hotel is situated right in the middle of madrid. Sadly thats the only positiv thing.
Disliked: Bed on rolls, Small bathroom without handsoap, the corners were dirty, the Elevator didn't work on every floor.
