Lovely and cozy hotel in...

Liked: Location, nice and helpful staff. They were very kind and understanding when we wanted to change and almost cancel (for confusing the location). Very comfortable and cozy place in the heart of Granada.
Disliked: All good .

Liked: The woman at the reception desk was extremely friendly and helpful. American by birth and over 20 years in Granada she was knowledgeable and able to explain things clearly in at least 2 languages.

Liked: Staff ms Araceli was helpful and friendly, spoke fluent English. Offered clear directions to the bus services Location is off the main street, yet within walking distance to the attractions, close to bus-stop and cafes like Jazmin that open early and a variety of eateries. So we didnt take the hotel buffet breakfast.The rooms are quiet and properly soundproof. Good comfy beds.We were able to store our luggage after our checkout.
Disliked: Note that there are about 5 steps from main entrance to the lift lobby.I didnt like the old.style hangers that are detachable from fixed rings.

Disliked: Exrtremely complicated to get to the hotel by car regardless the long explanation from the hotel- many only for buses and taxis line, forbidden to turn, etc. The best way to use the public parking garage under the market, short walk from there to the hotel.
