Very good

Liked: The kitchenette was great and the room was very big for a twin. The shower was fantastic, great pressure and temperature. The location was great, super easy to catch the train to the centre.
Disliked: The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the bottom sheet was not the right size and kept untucking during the night which was incredibly annoying. The skirting boards and around the heaters were really dusty.

Cost and quality doesn´t match

Disliked: I booked private room, but there was dorm room in the opposite side which I was not aware of. I requested quiet room but this was not communicated with me before. Couple of big families with kids and babies were staying in those dorms and they were taking crying baby to hallway, shout in hallway, bang door etc late at night. In addition, it was supposed to be cinema theme room, but screen and TV did not work.

Disliked: When I stayed here last year everything was much better, cleaner room, better staff, better beds and pillows... But this time it was disappointing. Many spiders and insects in the room... Key card didn't work everynight when we came back to the room then had to go back to reception to fix it... One day our door was left open by housekeeper...

Liked: by the way, the receptionist girl with black hair and bangs and with light color eyes was so nice, very helpful and beautiful, i wish i could ask for her instagram, those 5 stars in service is for her.
Disliked: This is not a Hotel, not even an Hostel, THIS IS PRISON!!! yup on photos it’s nice but…it was my second time staying in hostel this was horrible experience, i have not slept that night, it was literally anti-sanitary!! everything was dirty and i think they haven’t cleaned that hotel for a months.The Noise!! omg, i was in 9 bed dormitory and in the ceiling there was something big, i think it was AC but it had soooo huge sound!! like old refrigerator, it has not turned off all night, it’s noice was the most horrible thing i have ever heard!!it is also very unsafe, because the room’s door was not closing because it was broken, everyone could come in, you can’t even leave your stuff somewhere to lock in and have some private space.it was horrible cold in room, like there was not anything warm, like that was nothing that would make room warmNEVER COMING BACK TO THAT HELL HOTEL. this hotel literally ruined my trip to amsterdam.
