Liked: Good location, friendly staff, fans in room.
Disliked: Could’ve done with a better clean, noisy location but earplugs provided so not a problem. Parking is hit and miss, ended up paying for permit but nowhere to park so had to drop another forty quid in the lanes car park.

Liked: The host was very welcoming on arrival. We had room 10 on the first floor, which was larger than expected with a comfortable bed. There was a wet room type bathroom with a shower which was nice and easy to use. The room came with a balcony with a fantastic view of the main pier and seafront. We were right in the middle of all of the action and could enjoy the music from the bar downstairs whilst sitting on our own balcony. Noise from the bar and sea front road was to be expected considering the central location. The price of a parking permit was very reasonable for Brighton and we found a space in the roads surrounding the hotel. We visited on a Wednesday, so by midnight the noise was at an acceptable level, tbe bar had closed and we had no trouble sleeping, even with the windows open. An enjoyable room to stay in if you like to be where the busy nightlife happens.
Disliked: We noticed that the hotel was next to Patterns nightclub, so not sure what the noise levels would be like in this room when a club night is on. Although the club looked like it was contained in a basement area, so may not be an issue. Earplugs had been provided in the room, which we didn't need for our midweek stay. Not a hotel room for those wanting a quiet early night.
