Nice comfy room, central location...

Liked: 3 of us needed a place to stay for one night, didn’t need anything fancy but the room was clean, staff very friendly and nice the location was great.
Disliked: For what we paid, I thought the value was excellent even though the room was basic.

Liked: Great place walls are really thin you will be woken up at night by guests
Disliked: No rest everybody back and fore throughout the night but staff lovely great for groups

Liked: Very friendly staff, ideal location, rooms were small but this is to be expected in Amsterdam. Also they had two adorable kittens in the lobby, personal highlight

Liked: To their credit only that the place is very clean
Disliked: I'm not used to writing in this rude way but I had to after the experience I had with my family. *As we entered the room, my daughter entered the shower and the shower tray fell on her. *The bunk bed was crooked And they have no safety measures.for example: There was no ladder to go up to the top bed. And there is no bed rail. *The staff lied about every question asked such as: We asked about the elevator why it wasn't working and they stated that it broke down just a few days ago... and I read in the comments that it hasn't been working for a long, long time.
