it was good

Liked: self service for everything like towels and coffees ect. Contactless/keyless entry to the motel room was a good experience.
Disliked: that we couldnt get a hold of the staff. Had some trouble typing pin in the electronic keypad being very touchy

Comfy and warm stay. Great...

Liked: Great location, easy walk to restaurants and cafes, room was spacious and lovely. Enjoyed the castle look of the motel.
Disliked: Self check in failed and had to contact owner. But she was very pleasant and problem solved quickly.
