Liked: The property was disgusting, the toilet in my room was not properly cleaned when I first entered the room after checking in. There was also a used tissues left on the bathroom counter….the paint in the bathroom was chipping in some areas and there were dirt stains all over the floor in the room. For a “5 star hotel” this is extremely unacceptable and I will never stay at this property again. The only saving grace was the staff was very nice and polite but housekeeping is clearly lazy, I’m not sure if they have someone double check the rooms before a guest enters but they need to start.

Disliked: Staff looked inexperienced - everything took a lot of time. Like copy of a key - 10min! Or checking in 10min. Just not a good flow in the service Plus location is not great

Liked: Hotel facilities are good, clean & modern. The location by the beach is optimal and very quiet. the rooms are very nice and comfortable.
Disliked: This is hardly a resort. Beyond the beach, pools, there is hardly any service. the options to eat & drink between 2 and 5 pm are extremely limited
